Meet Jean-François, a man of many talents!

As an employee of Paco Group, he is responsible for many different tasks across a variety of disciplines. On a typical day, Jean-François – also known as JF – takes care of after-sales service for customers who need technical support and coordinates maintenance. He is also in charge of helping onsite installation technicians. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg…

Before joining Paco Group, JF spent more than 10 years at Pratt & Whitney developing his expertise in research and development. He then worked for himself as a headhunter in the aeronautics manufacturing and engineering space.

After 8 years running his own business, JF felt the desire to work in a more technical environment where he could be on the floor, looking at the products being sold, and engaging with clients. He was looking for a dynamic team and a unique product … which he very much found when he joined Paco Group’s Gala division in 2018!

According to JF, Paco Group gives its employees lots of freedom. Thanks to his flexible schedule, he can participate in family activities like coaching baseball and coordinating a hockey team. JF also enjoys the company’s overall ambiance: it’s a dynamic environment where you can easily chat with colleagues and managers alike. Paco’s core values – advancement, development, openness, and attentiveness – are very important to him as well.
